September 25, 2024 – Strategic Planning Committee meeting held with 2 board members and 1 administrator from each district.
December 2, 2024 - Co-op agreement proposal from Gettysburg’s Co-op committee given to Hoven’s Co-op Committee during special co-op meeting. Gettysburg's proposal can be read here. Gettysburg’s other proposal option was to dissolve the Potter County Co-op.
December 11, 2024 – Letter from Gettysburg School Board & Superintendent hand delivered to Hoven School to clarify the intent of the Gettysburg Strategic Planning Committee’s meeting in September with a planning committee in Hoven and the Gettysburg Co-op Committee’s proposed agreement for the 2025-2026 school year. December 12, 2024 - Letter from Hoven School Board, CEO & Athletic Director emailed to Gettysburg School Board & Administration to share insight into the decision made by the Hoven School Board on December 11th to accept Gettysburg’s proposal to dissolve the sports co-op effective for the 2025-2026 school year and decline Gettysburg’s request for a consolidation exploration commitment at this time.
